These terms of use ("M International Terms of Use") shall govern the access and usage by any user of any website and mobile site ("Website" "m.international") provided by M International Sdn Bhd ("the Company"), as well as all products and/or services made available by us on or through the Website. The Website is owned and operated by M International Sdn Bhd and its affiliates (individually and collectively, "M International" "we", "us" or "our").
References to the M International Terms of Use shall include all subsequent variations and amendments made thereto.
To the extent permitted by law and unless provided otherwise herein, M International specifically excludes all liability for any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses, no matter how arising from the use of the Website.
By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge and agree that you (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “member”, or “user”) have read and understood:

By downloading, installing, accessing the Platform, you are deemed to acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which may be revised and updated from time to time at our sole and absolute discretion. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which forms a part of these Terms of Use, and you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to check the Privacy Policy made available by us.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTS）

5.1. All intellectual property rights associated with the Company's branding, marketing materials, and products are owned by the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, image, symbol, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any intellectual property provided by the Company without prior written consent.

5.2. The Company grants members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting and selling the Company's products in accordance with these Terms.

5.3. Members are strictly prohibited from selling M International products on any other online platforms, including but not limited to e-commerce websites, social media platforms, and online marketplaces, without prior written authorization from M International.
6. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, consultants, agents and/ or affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/ or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your access to and / or use of the Platform and / or your breach of these Terms of Use or any other terms or policies applicable to you.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes and cancels all prior agreements and undertakings, if any, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
8. MEMBER POINTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 8.1. PP / PP1

PP will be generated once package purchase transaction is successful. PP cannot be exchanged for cash and non-transferable. It can be used for product redemption only.
- 8.2. CP1

Performance Commission earnings are paid to member in CP1; member can withdraw CP1 to get cash or convert CP1 to CP2 for package purchase. It is non-reversible and non-withdrawable after conversion.
- 8.3. CP2

CP2 is converted from CP1; CP2 can use for package purchase. It is non-reversible and non-withdrawable.
- 8.4. DP
-
For every package purchase, member will gain DP as a discount point for future package purchase. DP is non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
- 8.5. MP
-
MP is being distributed to member as reward point. It can use as a discount point for future package purchase. MP is transferable to others account but non- withdrawable.
- 8.6. DAP
-
DAP will be awarded as part of performance commission. DAP will be utilised for company dream annual event such like oversea trip, car fund etc. DAP will not be awarded under the Company’s discretion from time to time.
- General Terms

i). Validity: Points remain valid as per the company's rules.

ii). Restrictions: Certain points cannot be transferred, reversed, or withdrawn as specified above.

iii) Compliance: Usage of points must comply with the company's terms and conditions.
- By using the MI member points, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
9. TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access and use of the sites in whole or in part without notice if we found that you have breached any of the Terms of Use herein.
10. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE

These Terms of Use shall be interpreted and governed by Malaysia laws. Should there be any inconsistencies between the Terms of Use and Malaysia laws, Malaysia law shall prevail, without prejudice to the rights of both parties.
11. LANGUAGE

In the event of a conflict, discrepancy, inconsistency or variance between the English language version and any other language translations of these Terms of Use, the English language version shall prevail.
12. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In the event any court of jurisdiction will declare any portion of the agreement to be invalid, the remainder of the Agreement will not be invalidated thereby but will remain in full force and effect.
