SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT POLICY

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order within 24 to 48 hours.

2. TRACKING

  • 2.1.   Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details.
  • 2.2.   Order Status
  • You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:
    • 2.2.1.   Go to the shipping courier provider website.
    • 2.2.2.   Enter your tracking number.
    • 2.2.3.   Press "Track now" to process.
  • 2.3.   The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping.
  • 2.4.   Please contact us at [email protected] with your Order ID and the item’s details if you are unable to track your parcel by the following business days after the item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped.

4. DELIVERY LEAD-TIME

  • 4.1.   After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
    • 4.1.1.   In Klang valley: 2 to 6 working days (except Sunday and holidays)
    • 4.1.2.   Outside Klang valley: 3 to 10 working days (except Sunday and holidays)
  • 4.2.   Delivery to some postcodes and areas outside Klang Valley may take more days.

5. DELIVERY

  • 5.1.   Orders can deliver within Malaysia only. For any location that we cannot deliver to, we will notify you.
  • 5.2.   Delivery from our courier partners will be on working days only. There will be no delivery on weekends or public holidays.

6. ORDER RECEIVED

  • Please email us at [email protected] if you find some items missing in your parcel with your Order ID and the missing product details. We will investigate the matter as soon as possible.
