Hello everybody, my name is Bayarbold Enkhkhishig. I am 37 years old, a citizen of Mongolia. A founder of the M Group, a Chief Visionary Officer at M International Company, but I am also simply an ordinary person.
I graduated my higher education when I was 27 years old and has obtained the tertiary education of two universities in Bachelor of Business Management and Master of Art in Psychology. I am not a spoiled child from a wealthy family, I am just a child from a working class family. What I would like to emphasis is that the modern youths are being sluggish, irresponsible, with too apathetic mindset, and dishonest.
WHY? Does everyone want a job to sit at the desk, holding a pen, and stare at the computer? Or do they strive to become a chief person or a leader? Most of the world’s billionaires and successful people achieved their success started from the MLM business, even there are many examples that someone who has become a President started from this business sector and are leading their country at the worldwide level. Is it difficult to understand that they dropped their lives till zero and some of them achieved to a success from minus?
Just to say MLM business, everyone criticizes it and want to rid of this business. I would like to ask? In my thinking, MLM is the No.1 business sector in the world. Why? Because it's a business of communication. The miracle of humanity is the mind. People want charity, warm words, and gain self-esteem, a creature that can understand themselves by communicating.
However with the result of rapid technological developments, artificial intelligence and robots are doing the rest of the work which make lesser communication and becoming lack of love, enthusiasm, energy, health and etc. Business corporations are all interested in artificial intelligence and are pushing people out of the workplace. That's why I think the MLM business that requires the relationship and only remains on Earth.
In MLM business you can reach to health, time and financial freedom, learn communication skills, individual development, grow up and join together with the world's development and change your lives.
I have influenced by my mother in MLM business since 1999, when I entered into this business sector in 2015, there was a lot of time that people did not understand me. What I thought? What I would do? What is my purpose? But this is not my reason to get away from this business. There are lot of things to study and also it is a very interesting business too. It is always valuable and precious for me to make people understand more about the importance of health, to give trust in life, to make them understand that they have opportunities to change their lives, and to change people's minds.
The best part about this business is that fire comes in the eyes by encouraging those who lost their hope in his/her life and hopefully search for faith and encouragement from somewhere else and it makes sense. So the MLM business is amazing, with all these things my dreams have led me to all these success.
I dreamed of being a great leader from childhood. Of course, a great leader must make the change of himself. In the 13th century, Mongolian man was the first to make changes, and I decided that the reputation of MLM business will have been changed by Mongolian man too. Because my decision and my thoughts were for others, I managed to keep my dream till fulfill.
I am still a simple ordinary man, even though I became a master of this opportunity...
Is not that a change?....
Laziness is poverty…if strives harder then will progress.
I would say sorry to people which did not believe in me, lost my faith, thought that I would lose my courage, those who gave up and failed the business. With all the mentioned possibilities is just because they did not find a right person to lead them. I do not need to stay with people who have no dream and goal as I have my own Dream, Goal and Skill.
I'm the kind of person who is ready to do anything, and I have an ability to work until I make the most hardest things turn into easiest. Today I'm fallen, but I am able to get up tomorrow, when the biggest obstacle comes, enough power comes out from me. Never forget this!!!
Stop losing your time to wait when there is a chance!!!
The only thing that cannot be accomplished by humanity is to stop the time. Do not wait for the time to coming, just do it!

People want praise but didn’t do anything and they think they can reach to achievement within short time. There is difficult and nothing can do to change thoughts of those people who have such a mindset. Let's meet at the door which is a Bridge of the Dream, the door of happiness and of success!!!
Finally, Don’t Be Afraid of Being Maligned!!!
Show that you are strong, the only people who are the most dreadful, talk about others because they have no nothing better to do. Do not give up on the denying people who just cling to their minds!
