EXCHANGE POLICY

1. All products can be exchanged within 7 days from the delivered date with conditions stated below:

  • 1.1.   Defective products.
  • 1.2.   Wrong products.
  • 1.3.   Product must be unopened and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.
  • 1.4.   We will not accept products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged other than manufacturing defect. Products damaged because of use and tear are not considered defective.
  • 1.5.   Products which have been purchased from our stockist centre.

2. Products that are non-exchangeable

  • 2.1.   Non-BV items
  • 2.2.   Promotion items
  • 2.3.   Personal care items
  • 2.4.   Discontinued items

3. For member to make a dispute to a transaction, member shall also provide the following information:

  • 3.1.   Name, User ID
  • 3.2.   Order ID
  • 3.3.   Product Name & quantity
  • 3.4.   Date of transaction
  • 3.5.   Amount of Transaction
  • 3.6.   Proof of Purchase (Original Invoice/Receipt)
  • 3.7.   Description of the issue

4. Exchange is subject to availability and granted once for each item. The same value products shall be exchanged.


5. Products purchased through country stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to their return policies.


6. Courier delivery and/or shipping fees may incur for any exchange process, and the company shall bear no costs, charges, and/or any fees for all delivery and/or shipping fees that may be incurred during the product exchange process. All costs will be borne by the distributor.


7. All products sold are not returnable and refundable.
